We believe in being straight with you. The Willow Knee Wrap is made to bring you comfort — not to replace your doctor, and not to promise you the moon. Here's the honest fine print, in plain language.

Not a medical device

The Willow Knee Wrap is a personal wellness and comfort device. It's designed to provide soothing warmth, gentle compression, and massage for everyday comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition — including arthritis, osteoarthritis, menopause, or any joint, nerve, or circulatory condition. It has not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a medical device, and it should not be used as one.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this website — including our articles, product pages, and any information about knees, cartilage, circulation, menopause, or estrogen — is medical advice. It's general educational information, and it's no substitute for the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional who knows you and your history. Always talk to your doctor about your health, and never delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read here.

Individual results vary

Everybody's knees are different, and so is everybody's experience. Some people feel soothing comfort and relief; others feel less. We can't and don't promise any specific result — which is exactly why we back the wrap with our 90-Day Back-on-the-Floor Guarantee, so you can try it on your own knees with nothing to lose.

Please talk to your doctor before using it if you...

Check with your doctor before using the Willow Knee Wrap if any of these apply to you:

  • You have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any implanted electronic or metal device
  • You have diabetes, neuropathy, or any condition that affects skin sensation or your ability to feel heat
  • You have circulation problems, blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, phlebitis, or varicose veins in your legs
  • You are pregnant
  • You have a recent injury, surgery, fracture, open wound, skin condition, or active swelling or inflammation in or around your knee
  • You have cancer or a tumor in the area
  • You aren't able to operate the device yourself, or to feel heat and pressure normally

If you're ever unsure, ask first. Comfort isn't worth a risk.

Using your wrap safely

  • Read the instructions that come with your wrap before the first use.
  • Use it on healthy, unbroken skin only — never over wounds, rashes, or irritated skin.
  • Don't use it while sleeping, and don't leave it running unattended.
  • Follow the recommended session length (about 20 minutes) and let your skin cool between sessions.
  • Stop right away — and check with your doctor — if you notice pain, burning, excessive redness, blistering, swelling, dizziness, or any discomfort.
  • Keep it away from water.
  • This wrap is for personal home use by adults. Keep it away from children and pets.

About the information we share

We share information about knees, joint comfort, circulation, and the changes many women notice around menopause because we think it's genuinely useful. Where we mention statistics or research, we do our best to point to reputable, published sources. But that information is general and educational — it describes what researchers have observed across groups of people, not a prediction about you, and not a claim that our wrap treats any of it. The Willow Knee Wrap is a comfort device, full stop.

Customer experiences

Any reviews, stories, or experiences shared on our site reflect the honest, individual experiences of the people who shared them. They aren't a guarantee that you'll have the same experience.
